Terms of Service

By accessing or using any RSX service, product, asset, or community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Use of any RSX resource constitutes acceptance regardless of whether you have read these terms.

RSX Group ("RSX", "we", "our", or "us") is an independent Roblox-focused development group producing digital assets, systems, APIs, and related services. RSX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Roblox Corporation unless explicitly stated.

You must comply with Roblox's minimum age requirements and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use RSX services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. RSX reserves the right to deny access to any individual at its discretion.

All RSX assets, code, designs, branding, documentation, and systems are the intellectual property of RSX Group unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use RSX materials strictly as permitted by the relevant service or product terms below.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, rebranding, or reverse engineering of any RSX material is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent access termination.

• —Using RSX services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• —Attempting to circumvent access controls, license checks, or authentication systems
• —Impersonating RSX, its staff, or other users
• —Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the RSX community
• —Using RSX services to harm, disrupt, or exploit Roblox experiences or their players

RSX may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of any RSX service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

RSX services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RSX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of any service. To the fullest extent permitted, RSX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

RSX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any or all services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in the relevant service terms.

These Service Terms apply to all RSX web-based services, including but not limited to the RSX API (api.rsx.group), the Themis portal, the Forms system, and the Share link service. Use of any of these services constitutes acceptance of both these Service Terms and the General Terms above.

Access to RSX API endpoints requires valid authorization credentials where specified. You are responsible for keeping your API keys and tokens secure. RSX is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

RSX reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or revoke API access at any time. Automated abuse, scraping, or any usage that places unreasonable load on RSX infrastructure is prohibited.

RSX does not guarantee uptime or continuous availability of any web service. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur without notice. RSX shall not be held liable for losses arising from service downtime or interruption.

Any data you submit through RSX web services — including form responses, account link information, and purchase metadata — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

Certain RSX services integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing) and the Roblox platform. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of those platforms. RSX is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or policies of any third-party service.

Themis is RSX's license, product, file, version, and account management system. It governs how RSX products are purchased, licensed, accessed, and distributed. All purchases made through Themis — whether via Robux or Stripe — are subject to these Themis Terms in addition to the General Terms.

A linked Discord account is required to complete any purchase through Themis. Linking connects your Roblox identity to your Discord identity for the purpose of license fulfilment and role assignment.

Removing or unlinking your Discord account after a purchase may affect your ability to receive or retain Discord roles associated with your licenses. It does not affect the validity of your license itself, but RSX cannot guarantee role re-assignment without an active link. You are responsible for maintaining your account link if you wish to retain Discord-side benefits.

Upon successful purchase, RSX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased product as described in the applicable product documentation. Licenses are tied to your Roblox account (HolderID).

License transfers between Roblox accounts are available through Themis where supported. The original buyer (BuyerID) retains the right to reclaim a transferred license at any time. Licenses may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged for value outside of the Themis system.

RSX reserves the right to revoke any license, at any time and without notice, if the license holder is found to have violated these Terms, the Roblox Terms, or any other applicable policy. Revocation does not entitle the holder to a refund. Revoked licenses cannot be reinstated without explicit approval from RSX.

Stripe-based purchases (EUR pricing) are processed exclusively by Stripe. RSX does not collect or store your card details. RSX does store transaction metadata including order identifiers, amounts paid, currency, and Stripe session references for fulfilment and record-keeping purposes.

Refunds for Stripe purchases may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund eligibility is assessed at RSX's discretion. Approved refunds will result in license revocation. To request a refund, contact RSX through the official Discord server.

Robux-based purchases are processed through the Roblox platform and are subject to Roblox's own payment and refund policies. RSX does not control Roblox's payment infrastructure and cannot issue Robux refunds. All Robux sales are considered final upon license grant.

Product files available through Themis are served directly to license holders only. You may not redistribute, share, upload, or otherwise make available any downloaded file to any third party, in any form, without explicit written permission from RSX. Files are provided for your personal use within the scope of your license.

These terms apply specifically to RSX products delivered as Roblox assets — including obfuscated Luau scripts (.rbxm files), 3D models, meshes, and any other asset intended for use within the Roblox platform. These terms apply regardless of how the product was purchased (Robux or Stripe).

• —Installing and using the product within your own Roblox experiences
• —Using the product across multiple experiences you personally own, where not otherwise restricted
• —Transferring your license to another Roblox account via the Themis license transfer system

The following are strictly prohibited:

• —Redistributing, reselling, gifting, or otherwise transferring any RSX .rbxm file or model outside of the Themis license transfer system
• —Deobfuscating, reverse engineering, or modifying the source of any RSX script
• —Re-uploading RSX assets to the Roblox platform under your own or any other account
• —Using RSX products in experiences that violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
• —Removing, altering, or obscuring any attribution or watermarking present in RSX assets

Your use of RSX products within Roblox must comply fully with Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Developer policies at all times. RSX is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Roblox against your account or experience, including takedowns, suspensions, or asset removal. It is your responsibility to ensure RSX products are used lawfully within Roblox.

RSX products are built for the Roblox platform as it exists at the time of release. Roblox may make platform-level changes — including API updates, engine changes, or policy shifts — that affect the functionality of RSX products. RSX will make reasonable efforts to issue updates where feasible, but does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of the Roblox engine or platform. No refund is owed due to Roblox platform changes.

RSX products are distributed in obfuscated form to protect intellectual property. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that source code access is not included, is not implied, and will not be provided. Attempting to deobfuscate or reconstruct the source of any RSX product constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate license revocation.
