The group
An engineering group.
Not a company.
RSX builds systems, runs them, and publishes the parts other people can use. There is no funding to return and nothing to upsell, which is most of the reason access can be free and stay that way.
What changed
RSX started out building systems inside Roblox experiences. That is no longer what the group is for.
The infrastructure underneath that work turned out to be the part worth keeping. So that is what we build now, on its own terms, without a platform above us deciding what it is allowed to be.
Principles
Four constraints
These decide what gets built and what gets refused. They are limits, not aspirations.

Free, and staying free
No paid tier exists and none is planned. Nothing you already use becomes chargeable without notice and your explicit agreement.

Names describe function
Everything we ship is named after the job it does. Nothing needs its name explained before the thing itself can be.

We run what we build
The infrastructure is ours to operate, so it is ours to answer for. There is no third party to point at when something breaks.

Built to keep running
Openness and long-term function over shipping speed. Interfaces are meant to still be there once you have built against them.
Whitehill Group
How it is run
RSX sits inside Whitehill Group. Neither is a registered company, and we do not describe them as one.
- Operating from
- Silesia, Poland. Some Whitehill Group members are in the United Kingdom.
- Legal form
- Neither RSX nor Whitehill Group is incorporated. Both are unincorporated groups of individuals.
- Governing law
- Polish law. The lead supervisory authority is UODO, in Warsaw.
- Minimum age
- 16 and over for an RSX account, matching the Polish digital-consent age.
